"The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.”

— Alan Watts

Why join us

In this workshop, we invite you to step out of your head and into your body so you can find Peace and Harmony within and navigate change (and life) with more:

  • ✅ Calm

  • ✅ Clarity

  • ✅ Vigour

  • ✅ Resilience

Put your oxygen mask on first

Invest time and energy in yourself so you can show up for others more fully and authentically.

“If you want peace and harmony in the world, you must have peace and harmony in your hearts and minds.”

Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

Whether you’re a therapist, teacher, healer, project manager, an accountant, a mother or carer, you know change is the only constant.

You may be in the middle of it right now—moving house, changing jobs, sending kids to school, approaching menopause, or preparing to retire. Or perhaps you’re supporting someone who is.

The path from endings to new beginnings is rarely straightforward, and the so-called “neutral zone” is anything but. Change can be confusing, disorienting, stressful and exhausting.

And yet, our Response to Change, Changes Everything

Mind · Body · Breath

“Change cannot be put on people. The best way to instill change is to do it with them. Create it with them."

— Lisa Bodell

Our minds are vital for thriving in a complex world—yet mental-health challenges are rising. Talk therapy has helped millions, and research increasingly shows that body-based pathways are essential partners in regulating the nervous system and supporting mental health.

Bessel van der Kolk’s The Body Keeps the Score helped bring brain–body healing to mainstream attention, while polyvagal theory explains how our autonomic nervous system tracks safety and threat and shapes our behaviour and wellbeing. A growing evidence base supports benefits of somatic practices and breathing techniques for stress, anxiety and autonomic regulation.

This experiential workshop combines

  • Embodiment is a practice which encourages us to step out of our heads and into our bodies. Suspending the incessant thoughts and judgements which can characterise modern life, we are encouraged through guided - but not choreographed - movement to music to access the wisdom which exists in abundance within each of us.

In the 90 minute session, embodiment facilitator Trudie McGuinness will invite us to take part in a series of movement exercises which will allow us to quiet our minds, drop into our bodies and open the whispers and longings of our hearts so we can make peace with change and harmony within.

Embodiment requires an open mind and the curiosity to explore where the movement journey will take us. It is suitable for all ages and abilities: each movement piece can be adapted to suit the needs and abilities of the individual.

Each person has their own unique experience of embodiment sessions as they connect not only with themselves but are invited to connect with others during the group experience. Some people find that they can express and release feelings and emotions through movement more easily than they can through words. Embodiment practice has the potential to transform moods, outlooks and, over time, lives.

  • Through the power of the breath and carefully curated music, this subtle yet profound practice opens a doorway to your innate wisdom, creativity, and healing. Guided by rhythm and breath, you’ll be gently led into an expanded state of consciousness—where self-discovery, release, and renewal naturally unfold.

    You'll have the opportunity to:

    • Release stored emotions and energetic blocks

    • Feel lighter, clearer and more connected

    • Ignite your inner fire and passion

    • Be seen, heard and held in a safe, non-judgmental space

Together we’ll create a sacred space for:

    • Deep Connection - with your inner self and fellow journeyers

    • Present-moment awareness – slower, softer, embodied

    • Exploration and expanded consciousness through drumbeat, breath and music

    • Grounding and integration – through symbolic expression and conscious reflection

This experience is held within a confidential and energetically protected container, where you are fully supported to explore at your own pace and depth.

  • Safely navigate your inner landscape while allowing your unique experience to unfold naturally

  • Experience co-regulation and authentic connection in a safe and energetically protected container.

  • Embodiment Coach

Trudie trained in embodiment in the Embodiment Coaching Academy of globally renowned embodiment facilitator Susie Heath.

Trudie, a certified and practicing coach as well as entrepreneur, discovered that, for her, embodiment provides a language for expressing feelings and emotions which sometimes supersedes the ability of words. Through the practice of embodiment, which draws upon the innate wisdom of the body, Trudie has experienced great healing and joy and now seeks to share this practice with groups all over the world. She has delivered embodiment sessions both in the UK and abroad and runs regular embodiment programmes in her native Staffordshire under her brand, The Red Tent - Embodied Sisterhood.

Embodiment enables us to step out of the head and into our body. Embodiment sessions encourage us to connect not only with ourselves but to learn to enjoy connection with others too - an aspect of modern living which can be muted by busyness and technology. With a warm, approachable and friendly style, Trudie seeks to facilitate sessions which support you to use your body as a compass to explore who we really are and how we really desire to live.

  • Accountant turned Modern Shaman & Mystic

Emilia guides others on their journey of self-discovery through the ancient wisdom of breathwork, shamanism, and healing modalities. As a Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioner (with 500 hours of GPBA-accredited training), she weaves together traditional shamanic techniques with modern understanding of mind-body connection.

Her own path of transformation - from corporate burnout to profound healing - led her to discover the deep wisdom we each hold within. This journey through mystery illness and her own conditioned and limiting patterns became a gateway to remembering and awakening our body's innate healing capacity and the power of an integrated mind, body, and soul.

Drawing on her extensive training in Shamanic Breathwork, Huna (ancient Hawaiian healing and spiritual practices), yoga, and NLP, Emilia creates safe, sacred spaces for others to explore their inner landscape and rediscover their authentic selves. She brings both depth of experience and compassion to her work, understanding firsthand both the challenges and transformative power of the journey to remembering our Wisdom Within.
